The Journey of weight loss for me consist of pure discipline, some may say it’s motivation, I find that motivation is a temporary state which is emotionally based.  Discipline to me is a trained mindset, that last out for a life time.  The focus on organizing, time management, and energy building is the start of restoring my health and strenght building of my body.   I have a long way to go still, to reach my goal and tone.
