The Calmness of Meditation

Biblical meditation a way that I use to deal with stress and anxiety in my life.  In deep prayer and releasing your cares to the most high can help to alleviate the dangers of allowing emotions to control you.  This takes work and focus, it’s not going to change your way of thinking overnight, changing your mindset is a task that can be defeated.

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth: but thou shalt mediate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.  (Yahoshua) Joshua 1:8

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou has shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.  (Mattithyahu) Matthew 6:6

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Yah, my strength, and my redeemer.  (Tehillim) Psalm 19:14

Shalom,  Loves!
