Biblical meditation has seemed to be a way that I use to deal with stress and anxiety in my life. In deep prayer and releasing your cares to the most high can help to alleviate the dangers of allowing emotions to control you. This takes work and focus, it’s not going to change your way of thinking overnight, changing your mindset is a task that can be defeat.
